Don't Be a Stranger

Just wanted to make this post to tell you guys on my team not to be a stranger. I know after you join you will have questions. People do call me to ask me for help or if they don't understand something and I am glad to help out.

So what I am getting to is even after you have asked me questions before and right after hanging up you have another question :-) (trust me that happens to me all the time) just call me back. Don't think that "oh no I don't want to bother him again".

Your not! This is my business and you are my business and will help you out as much as I can. So please call me if your not sure about something.

I do ask that if possible please call me from Sunday to Friday until sundown. After sundown on Friday until sundown on Saturday I do not like to conduct business. So if possible please call any other day and time and I will be more than glad to speak with you.

Don't worry if you call me during those off times I will not get mad in anyway :-) I will just set up another time to call you back. Thanks for understanding.

Pre Launch Mania

I have been wanting to comment on this topic for sometime now because I believe its at the heart of why so many people fail at having a successful home business. Now that’s not to say that there are not some good programs out there and that just because there is a launch or a beginning to a company that it’s no good. Everything has to start somewhere just like Healthy Profits had to start somewhere too.

“So what are you trying to say Josh”?

What I am trying to say is that once you do your homework and find a company and business you like, stick with it and make it succeed. A lot of the times what happens and I have been guilty of this, is that not long after starting a business, some new one comes out. After watching flashy videos and cool sites people start to think that maybe they got into the wrong company and now this new one is the best….until another one comes out :-(

See its never ending and its kind of like going to Las Vegas where you walk around the slot machines trying to find a flashy, cool looking machine that will make your dreams come true. So you find one you like and you play it for awhile till you look across the room and see someone hit the jackpot at another shiny new machine, so you cash out and join the new machines and play that one.

Now I am sure you can see what I am getting at. There is a never-ending supply of new programs coming out. Actually its very profitable to the person who is starting it cause they start sometimes weeks or months before the launch date advertising there pre launch business and selling positions in it and finally by the time it launches they have made a mint and many times you never hear of that company again. They usually go off and start another pre launch.

You see the money is made selling that pre launch business. For most pre launch companies that’s how they work. All this does is leave everyone who joined just there holding the bag and later drop out and look for something else.

Again how does this apply to you? Do your homework, make sure you like the company. Make sure it makes sense to you cause if you don’t really get how it works how do you think you will be able to explain it to others. I believe you must be able to get a hold of the person who introduced you to it. This is important cause if you have questions a good team leader will be there and have the patients to help you out. I joined Healthy Profits Now cause I understood it and it made sense to me. Its not difficult to understand mailing out postcards and sending others to your toll free message or you phone number and website. Its low tech I know, but it works. Sometimes the fast lane is not the best place to be all the time, but a sure dependable system that works over and over again is sometimes the way to go.
So I encourage people to check out other companies if they want before choosing one. I want you to find what works for you and your life style. Like I have said before I am here to help you succeed if you join my team I will always answer my phone. Of course if I am asleep or busy you will get my voicemail and I will call you back as soon as I can. You are my business cause if you do not make money and succeed I will not. That’s how it should be. :-)

One last note of jumping around to different programs, the times I do feel its ok to drop one and pick another is if that company has changed in a negative way and no longer offers you what is best for you, your family and your long term business plans.

Saying that HPN is not what you would call a fancy smancy business but it works and is making money for me and others that are joining me. After speaking to the owner several times I feel comfortable with it, and I’m working on building the biggest and most successful team in Healthy Profits Now and will work to help others in there HPN business to the best of my ability.

I got to get ready now cause I am getting together with family to watch the super bowl :-)

Healthy Profits Now vs. other postcard programs

I am at home right now sick with a cold and am on cold medicine so I hope I make sense here :-)

Many people ask me whats the difference or which program is better etc so I decided to make a post on why I chose "Healthy Profits Now" and not another company.

HPN lets me choose where I want to purchase my marketing material. Now they sell their own postcards and they work fantasitic and are very inexpensive. But I have had my own made up (which works great by the way) for my personal marketing and for my team to use only.
I want people that join me to have an edge over others and make more too :-)

Now I'm not going to say who, but their is another postcard program which is not bad, don't get me wrong, but its just that they require I purchase their postcards and am not able to create my own. Plus they cost way way more.


So that is why I chose HPN, I am able call my own shots on how I market and its been working great for me and my team.

I do not want you spending more than you have too on postcards or marketing material if you don't have too no matter how nice they may look. For me it just brings back bad memories of MLM companies where I had to purchase their brochures only, at like $3.00 a pop (what a rip off!) and then pass them out at the opportunity meetings. Wait...Ok now I am making myself nauseous and more sick just thinking about that. Bad times yuk!

Thank goodness for postcards and HPN :-) Simple, NO BS marketing that anyone can do from home.

Never Give Up

You know, you do not have to be smart, rich or lucky to make it to financial success if that's what you are aiming for...

I am convinced that anyone can make it if they give "it" their "all".
But you know what the problem is?
Most people don't give it everything they got. They will say they do...or did...maybe even they really feel that they gave everything?
How do you know?

I just saw this movie and I thought I would share a clip from it with everyone. Everything that is worth it, takes effort, I don't care what it is. Even a home business, cause their is some work involved, but the cool part is that its so easy to do.

Like I have said before in my blog, I have been screwed before many times with home businesses and have sworn off of them almost everytime(anybody else do this :-). What kept me going and allowed me to find Healthy Profits Now is that I never gave up searching for the right company for me. I say for me cause not everyone likes my style of business. Some like to do high ticket item and others love to do all internet and fancy websites and thats OK. You need to find the right home biz for you even if its not mine. It needs to be fun and I am having lots of it and you can to.

I Solved The Internet Marketing Problem

If you have no clue on how to market online, great! Do not worry my dear home biz friend cause I solved the problems and headaches involved in marketing online.

You can build a home business in 2009 using my techniques using postcards. That's right, just stick a label and stamp on a postcard and drop it off at the post office. I know it seems too easy but I like to keep things simple and I am sure you do too :-)

Its soooo cheap to advertise with postcards and compared to Internet advertising, postcards blow it away! I just mailed out I think like 800 postcards this last Friday (cause the post office was out of stamps) and I have already gotten (not sure if that's a word but it works for me) several sign ups so I know it works.

Have questions? Please... please call me and don't be a stranger. I know sometimes you might feel like you might ask a stupid question but don't worry. You want stupid, I know what stupid is cause I have asked it all (almost). I do not mind cause I am sick and tired of seeing people slave away at their jobs and not even be able to eat lunch with your family or friends. As a kid I remember only my mom coming to see me at school plays and stuff. Heck my father was not even able to attend my high school graduation. Not cool.

But hey if you love your job more power to you and I have no problem with that. I am talking to those that are looking for something more out of life and want financial freedom. I believe Healthy Profits Now will give you that.

2009 Will Be The Best Year Ever

Hello and Happy New Year a few days late.

I just got back from Walt Disney World in Florida with all my family so I did not post much sorry. I was too busy riding the rides and saying hello to Mickey Mouse :-) Actually I did not get to take a picture with him cause you had to wait in line like for ever and as you can imagine their was a ton of kids waiting so we had to pass :-(

But we did have a blast and hope you enjoy some pics of my wife and I at Disney.


Now I know I titled this post 2009 will be the best year ever cause I really believe it. During my vacation I did get many emails and calls and took time to answer each one. Believe it or not I was at the park most of the time while "working". My wife took a picture of me emailing people back on my blackberry (love that phone) while we were in line waiting to ride the Tower of Terror ride in Disney's Hollywood Studios.

This is why I love working from home so much or in my case from Disney World :-)

If you don't know what that is it's that big tower behind us that drops you like 13 stories down.

But to go back to what I was saying, I did get lots of calls and emails about Healthy Profits Now. Most stated their concern for the future and how they would provide for their family. They are worried about all the new changes that will come with a new president. 100% of them are extremely interested in finding another income source that they can do from home. It was a joy to talk to them and share with them about what I was doing and what we are about. They all liked the simplicity of HPN.


Now I do not believe this is the place to talk about politics, but I will say that now more than ever, we need to find ways to take care of ourselves and not count on the government or anyone else to take care of us and our families. I believe most people interested in working from home and calling their own shots think very similar.


Me for instance I want to provide for my family and I do not want to have to worry about all the bail outs that are going on. People are being laid off everyday and I know that is scary for people which is why I have started this team and promise to help all that join me in HPN to become successful working from home.


I am in the process of testing out a new lead source and a new marketing piece for my team to use. I think its going to be very successful and profitable for my team. You see I want people in my team to have an advantage over everyone else and makes lots of money. But I want you to be able to afford marketing it. If not people will just give up. So when I test something it will be at around the same price as doing a postcard mailing of 1,000 or less. Of all the ways to advertise so far, postcards has won hands down! Again remember you can start mailing out as little or as many postcards as you want or can afford. The important thing is to start getting your postcards out there. People will see them and sign up:-)

So this friends is why I believe that 2009 is going to be a good year for those that start their own home business. I want everyone to be able to take a vacation to Disney World or where ever whenever they want too. You can and all you have to do is mail out some postcards. See no brainer!!
